An introductory guide to optimising your Business’ finances.

This course is designed for SME’s to support them in managing their finances. This course will assist you by providing information of key sources of finance and identifying which one will be most relevant to their business depending on your financial situation.  The second section aims to provide users with methods to effectively manager their capital  by taking an in depth look at each aspect of the working capital cycle and the most effective ways to improve each variable.

Section 2 – Effective capital management.

Users will complete 3 lessons within each section and will be challenged with a quiz on the topics at the end assessing your understanding. These quizzes are not time limited and can be retaken.
